Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To Request a Return: Contact us at storecleverfinds@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with return instructions if approved.

Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging intact. You must provide proof of purchase.

Return Process: If your return is approved, we will provide specific return instructions. Please do not send items back without our approval - unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at storecleverfinds@gmail.com with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, personal care products, sale items, gift cards, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return (or receive confirmation from our supplier), we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

International Orders: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Due to international shipping, returns may take 3-6 weeks to process.
